The TCI factory rebuilding program is based on complete overhauling of former and existing TCI EV models. It includes much more than simple reconditioning with superficial adjustments and cosmetic improvements.
When we rebuild a TCI EV model it is completely disassembled. All parts and components are thoroughly cleaned, inspected and reworked or replaced as necessary.
New and, if applicable, improved mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment is installed during the rebuilding process.
After painting and re-assembly, each vehicle is fully tested before being released to the customer.
A completely remanufactured TCI EV will be protected under the same warranty as a new TCI EV.
We recommend that a small service kit be purchased for each rebuilt TCI EV. This kit consists of carefully selected items that will meet most emergency needs. In addition, TCI maintains a wide range of parts at the factory.
